Five Things You Must Do to Save Your Eyelashes

Save your lashes countdown.

Are you ready to see some serious eyelashes? Great here we go!

The environment hurts your lashes, not to mention all of the crazy things they go through. The normal life-cycle of your lashes is 100 days from the day it starts growing to the day it falls out. The best part is that they grow, that is just what they are supposed to do. Taking care of your eyelashes is more about helping them through this process then it is about helping them to grow.

Use a lash conditioner like Moodstruck Esteem Lash Serum right before bed each night. As your lashes grow you will see more curl and volume! Love it!

Don’t sleep with your mascara on! This will let your lashes breathe every night and encourage growth. It also helps to use conditioning makeup removing wipes like Younique’s Royalty Shine Cleansing Cloths. They work like an eraser and they smell great too!

Don’t use waterproof mascara. It is difficult to remove and can cause damage to lashes. I know what you are saying. “I don’t want to look like someone punched me in the eyes if I cry.” If you are anything like me waterproof mascara was my go-to.

That was until I found Moodstruck Epic Mascara. I’ve been wearing mine pretty much daily for the past four months and guess what? No smudges!

When you use a lash curler don’t clamp down on your lashes too hard or for too long. This will cause them to break. Maybe you’ve used a traditional eyelash curler, like this one.

I heard that this curler could be bad for my lashes because they were already so thin I decided to purchase a heated one.

The advantage of this one by Ardell is that it doesn’t pinch the lashes.

The disadvantage is that it is very time-consuming.

That is why I ordered a Professional Heated Eyelash Curler and I can’t wait for it to come in! I’ll let you know how it does.

So that’s it. My top five things that you can do to save your eyelashes. Do you agree with them? Do you have any that you’d like to add?

Uniquely Yours,

Dianna
